Doctoral Council

The Doctorate Council is a body that continuously exercises quality control with regard to the fulfillment of obligations by doctoral students, by evaluating standards related to the academic depth of the scientific work, originality, support in the literature and credible data, and intellectual and scientific strength of presentation of findings by the candidate. The Council is vested with a mandate based on the Regulation for Doctoral studies and is responsible for the overall level of the performance of the Doctorate School of the Law Faculty, The Council also provides perspectives on research development that is organized within the Doctoral School and provides support in the fields where Faculty has targeted its scientific research priorities.
