The Faculty of Law (UP) is calling all the students interested in the field of International Criminal Law, to apply for the Nuremberg Moot Court competition.
Nuremberg Moot Court 2025
The Nuremberg Moot Court is an international competition, held in English in Nuremberg, Germany. University teams from all over the world are invited to argue a fictitious case before the "International Criminal Court" during a three-day competition. After the submission of their written memoranda, the teams will plead before the “ICC Pre-Trial Chamber”. Dissecting complex issues of international criminal law, students will test their advocacy skills before a bench of highly esteemed professionals, such as national and international judges, academics, and other legal practitioners. REQUIREMENTS:
Interested students are expected to have:
- a high proficiency in written and spoken English,
- good research and writing skills for legal analyses, and a team-oriented mindset
